How ordering works
We do not take payments online. Add what you like to your cart, submit an order request with your contact details, and a manager gets back to you within one business day to arrange delivery, timing, and payment. You can follow every step on the public tracking page using your request number — no account needed.
Why request-based ordering?
Robotic dolls are high-value, carefully packaged products. A short conversation lets us quote accurate shipping for your country, confirm configuration (color, height, firmware), and answer questions before anything ships. Everything leaves from our Shenzhen fulfillment center with an international warranty.
